Monthly production output is 37,000 sq. meters. Annual production capacity is upwards of 440,000 square meters of rigid, rigid-flex, flex, and BGA PCB's.

Superior Quality Control - MCL's Staple...

Our Quality Control Team ensures conformance of product at every stage with customer requirements and IPC-A-600 specifications & standards through stringent in line testing procedures including a variety of solderability, mechanical and visual inspections.

The incoming QC program involves both thorough testing of the raw materials and chemicals before the manufacturing process even begins.

The offshore facilities are equipped with "State of the Art" testing and measuring instruments to ensure stringent standards for our product. Currently we run 8 lines for electrical testing of opens & shorts. Flying probe and Impedance Control Testing are also available.

Every order, regardless of size, receives the utmost attention to detail throughout the entire process to ensure all customer expectations are met.
